Hampton Park HOA Annual Meeting

Location: Old Hickory Community Center club room, 1050 Donelson Ave, Old Hickory, TN 37138

Date/wTime: Tuesday January 10, 2023 – the meeting starts at promptly at 6:45pm so please arrive a few minutes early.

2023 Holiday light decorating contest:

We are happy to announce the exterior Holiday decoration contest is coming back this year!!! If you want to participate, all you have to do is have your decorations/lights up by December 18 and you will be entered into the contest. Winner gets a Lowe’s gift card. Weather permitting, we will tour the neighborhood that evening to check out everyone’s decorations and choose the winner. If there is inclement weather, we will check them out the next day. 

Fine print: Winning property’s account must be in good standing with the HOA. No member of the board can win. Open to property owners only. Winning owner allows picture of the winning decorations/house to be posted in TownSQ.

Associa is handling the financial business and ensuring the bylaws/covenants that we all agreed to when we moved in to Hampton Park, are being upheld. All current/future communication regarding finances and bylaws/convenants will come from Associa on behalf of the Hampton Park Homeowners Association.
